Flax seeds currently lead the markets for vegetable derived Omega 3- ALA. Cold pressed flax oil contains as much as 75 percent Omega 3. This oil however, needs refrigeration as it is susceptible to oxidation. When blended with hemp oil, the anti-oxidants from the hemp effectively work to stabilize the flax oil.
