Raw & Pure Energy Bars
You will be amazed how delicious these are. How can something that tastes so good be so good for you? WARNING: may be addictive!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup FP hemp flour
- 1/4 cup FP flax flour
- 3&1/2 cups large flaked rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup almond or nut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup butter
Directions
- Mix butter, nut butter and honey.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Knead mixture and flatten into cake pan.
- Chill and cut into bars.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
