Raw & Pure Energy Bars

You will be amazed how delicious these are. How can something that tastes so good be so good for you? WARNING: may be addictive!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup FP hemp flour
  • 1/4 cup FP flax flour
  • 3&1/2 cups large flaked rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup nuts or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond or nut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions

  • Mix butter, nut butter and honey.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Knead mixture and flatten into cake pan.
  • Chill and cut into bars.

Store in the fridge or freezer.
